The 20 by 20 foot living / dining room run the entire width of the house. 12 feet of the living room is 2 stories with an overlooking balcony on the second floor. The kitchen includes a range, a sink, and a refrigerator. There are front and back porches, storage shelves, a storage locker and upstairs balconies. You will need to take into account your seasonal weather conditions of your location when deciding what heating and air conditioning you need.
