The article has a detailed illustration of the board with dimensions, and nine step-by-step pages including cutting the hole, cutting the legs, assembling the frames and deck, how to paint a cornhole board with designs, attaching carrying handles and finally bolting the legs to the frame. The 4 minute video, linked below, is fun to watch.

CornHoleGamePlayers.com has a fine page with many Free Cornhole Plans. They have plans for building 4x2 Cornhole Boards, 3x2 Corn Hole Boards and some great none traditional Boards and Boxes. Many of these wooden cornhole board plans have detailed illustations and instructions. They also have a large forum, information on the games rules and a fine photo gallery where you can see many great cornhole decals.
This Mini Cornhole Board Plan from SkilTools.com is a neat little game for indoors. The game is also called bag toss or bags. This video is fairly basic and does not have a diagram with measurements. The video mentions some measurement but neglects to mention others. Apparently there was a diagram on the Skiltools.com site but they no longer link to it. My guess, since I have not built this plan, is the board face is around 17 inches long by 12 inches wide. The hole is only 2 1/2 inches round so your bean bags will have to be much smaller than regular cornhole bags.

Bean Bag Toss Game is another name for this fun family yard game. Wayne of the Woods shows you how to build the bean bag toss board with pictures, and written instructions. If you want the hole to be "regulation" then make the center of the hole 9 inches from the top and 12 inches from each side.
About.com tells show you how to build a cornhole game board with this 10 page web article. Corn Toss has become a popular game at tailgate parties before college football games. About.com ranks this woodworking project as "Easy". There is a materials and tools list, a 3 page PDF with illustations and measurements, construction pictures and detailed written instructions. This board is not quite regulation size but you can change the plan slightly to be regulation if you want to. This Instructable lays out building custom cornhole boards. The author take you through the process with over 20 pictures with 7 pages of instructions. I would read the whole instructable and comments before you start just to make sure you don't miss any steps.
WoodworkingTalk.com has a good forum post on making your own homemade cornhole game. The boards pictured in this post are very attractive with a handle and latches so you can latch them together for carrying like a large suitcase. There are no plans on this page but the pictures can give you some good board ideas.

Another Instructable on building cornhole boards. The author does a good job of taking you through all the step with written instructions and around 15 pictures. Instead of painting his board the author used gym floor finish on the board to give it a smooth high gloss finish. I would read the entire instructable and comments before starting this plan.
