One of my favorite plans is from Ry Turner at TheDesignConfidential.com. Ry has what she calls a Double Sided Daybed. This stylish, modern and simple design is laid out with great diagrams, measurements and instructions. There is also a cut list, materials, tools and lumber lists. She estimates that the lumber and materials will cost between $25 - $50, obviously not including the mattress.
A fun but more complicated Outdoor Canopy Daybed comes from Ana-White.com. Ana created this plan designed to fit a standard twin mattress. As always Ana has a very detailed plan with illustrations, cutting lists and step by step instructions.
